A bilingual group website for Culturo Group that presents its two units, Culturo Bio and Culturo Marketing, as one lifestyle wellness ecosystem, with audience-specific entry points and a contact form routed by topic.

Context

Culturo Group describes itself as a Lifestyle Wellness Ecosystem built on two units. Culturo Bio covers physical wellbeing through personal diagnostics, clinical and lab services, wellness products and corporate medical check-ups. Culturo Marketing covers social wellbeing through marketing consulting, marketing communication, community activation and Marketemu, a professional network and community commerce programme. The group runs a wellness center at Apartemen Slipi in West Jakarta, with K-Lab and Precision Gym listed as further locations.

The challenge

A health diagnostics business and a marketing agency do not obviously belong together, and visitors arriving from either side could easily miss the connection. The group needed one site that explained why both units sit under one name, while letting each audience reach the unit that serves it. Five audiences, from individual professionals to hospitals and laboratories, each needed a clear way in. Enquiries also had to reach the right team without someone sorting them by hand.

Approach

How it came together.

  1. 01

Built the story around one framework

The site argues that physical wellbeing (Culturo Bio) and social wellbeing (Culturo Marketing) together produce occupational wellness, the ability to keep performing at work. A four-step sequence, Know, Connect, Act, Perform, gives both units a shared language before either is introduced in detail.

  2. 02

Added a group bar above the main navigation

A slim top bar switches between Culturo Group, Culturo Marketing and Culturo Bio, with the ID/EN language toggle on the right. Visitors always know which site they are on and can move to a unit site in one click.

  3. 03

Numbered the long page as chapters

The homepage runs from About to Contact in numbered sections, and the navigation mirrors that numbering. A reader can scan the whole ecosystem in order or jump straight to the part that concerns them.

  4. 04

Gave each unit a structured service section

Culturo Bio and Culturo Marketing each get four numbered service groups with concrete items, such as stress hormone tests or CMO as a service, and a link to the unit's own site. The detail keeps the ecosystem idea grounded in services people can buy.

  5. 05

    Mapped audiences to outcomes

A table shows what physical and social wellbeing mean for professionals, business owners and companies, followed by five audience cards, each tagged with the service that is its natural starting point. Hospitals and laboratories get their own card for health products.

  6. 06

Routed the contact form by topic

The contact section asks "Anda ingin mulai dari mana?" and offers four topics: personal wellness, corporate wellness, marketing and community activation, and health products. The chosen topic travels with the form so the enquiry reaches the right team, with WhatsApp as an alternative.
